Attic room in lovely 2-bed flat

Hi, I am looking for a professional female to replace my current flatmate who is leaving at end of March.

The room is a quiet, smallish double attic room but still has lots of storage space. The rest of the flat is huge, it's spread over two floors and the kitchen is separate from the lounge so plenty of space for two people :)

The flat is warm, clean and modern, in a perfect location - right next to Endcliffe Park and 2 mins walk from the Co-op, Sainsburys, shops, cafes and take-aways on Ecclesall Road. Buses to town stop right outside every few mins.

It also has:
*Massive bathroom with bath/shower
*Big tv & dvd player
*Separate kitchen with huge fridge/freezer, washing machine, etc.

I'd prefer to find someone who's looking to make new friends and enjoys a natter now and again.. but a considerate housemate (who will also do their fair share of the cleaning!).
