Small back yard with shared access. On street Parking available. I work full time and long days sometimes. I have quiet weekdays and busy weekends. My home is quiet and cosy, friendly neighbours and safe area. Deposit is £400 + first months rent. Pets are negotiable. I keep a quiet, relaxed and clean house and would like someone who will do the same. I enjoy having friends round and Im friendly and fairly easy going. I am a big fan of Rock and metal music, so if that's your taste in music that would be awesome. Kitchen has full facilities (cooker, washing machine ect) and theres plenty of space in the living room in which to chill and relax.

There is built in shelving and wardrobe which provides a lot of storage space in the room . I also have a converted attic which is used for storage but could also be used as a study/workroom ect.
