Large Single Room For Rent.

im looking for a responsible, proffesional housemate.
,with a gsoh, who will help keep things clean and tidy. Under terms and conditions of my home insurance i am unable to let to dhss ,sorry. I have a large single room that is newly decorated and is directly next to a newly installed walk in shower ,its not small room either. Comfortable bed , large wardrobe ,with drawers built in and plenty of hanging space. shelves or cd units can be put up at your request.
The bathroom is always clean as is the rest of the house and i would prefer to share with someone that would help to keep it that way . you will share the kitchen. fridge ,washing machine .cooker. living room .
free tv licence and internet. lovely back garden .driveway, so car safe. i have a secure lock up for bicycles and have gym equipment and weights which can be used. It is a nice quiet area, with Concord park and golf course at the end of the rd. sports centre at the top of the rd as is the dentist. The doctors is round the corner as are plenty of shops, chemist/post office/ co-op /hairdressers/pizza/ chinese / Indian /fish and chips/.My house is 1. 6 miles away from meadowhall train and bus station and there ia a pennine trail you can walk/cycle/jog to get there. The Northern general hospital is a 5 minute bus ride away!! The M1 motorway junction 34 -35 is 5 mins away by car so it is as close to Rotherham as it is to sheffield and there are many a beautiful walks and paths in both whooley woods and thundercliffe woods, plus grange golf course .There is a choice of 6 different buses into town taking aprox 15-20 mins. The bus stop is just round the corner from the house
no, s-75-76-88-88A. maybe a couple more too? The train from meadohall takes 5 mins into sheffield city centre. So as you can see, there is everything you could possibly need and have it all on your doorstep.

Im very aproachable and easy to get on with and talk too. you will be very well looked after and if im cooking, you will be very welcomed to share . I appreciate that we all have difficult cirmcumstances at some stage of our lives and i am willing to work with and help the right person if the bond is a problem.
