Room in Sheffield City Centre
I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy as I am doing a semester abroad. The room is fully furnished and comes with a double bed, large wardrobe, desk and desk chair.
It is a student houseshare in the middle of Sheffield (just off West Street). Very close to tram and bus links and local nightlife. Ten minute walk away from all university campuses. House is fully furnished with kitchen appliances including a washing machine. There are three bathrooms, with two showers. Fibre optic broadband is included in the rent. Gas, electricity and water are split between the tenants and are normally about £5-6 a week.
Housemates are all friendly and sociable, studying a variety of different degrees at Sheffield Hallam.
There is street parking available with a permit purchased from the local council.
I have advertised the room from the beginning of January but you could move in mid December if needed.
