My long term lodger is moving on. So I'm looking for someone who I could share my peaceful and considerate home with.

The room to rent is a studio and ensuite for rent is the whole ground floor in Walkley, Sheffield, S6 2WJ.

£450pcm. Bill not included.. The way we've worked that is that I pay for the council tax and water. I had an experience where when I was away with the heating was up at 30C. So the lodger has paid gas/elect and internet. Its works out about 50:50.

Wifi is Cable, Gas central heating.
Shared Kitchen, beautiful garden, large living room, wooden floors, Wood burning stove.

The studio has:
Furniture: a double bed, 3 seater sofa with matching chair, table, shelves, cupboards.
Ensuite shower and toilet,
It's own entrance/exit,
Off road parking,
And kitchenette.
It's spacious, light and warm

The Studio is on the ground floor. There are internal stairs that link these rooms into the lovely lounge and beautiful garden.

I'm 47 and work in the NHS but really I'm a painter.. I have cat and dog. I work away in Scotland often. (I take the cat and dog with me..) Sometimes my boyfriend comes down and stay from Scotland. I'm currently into running/swimming.
