Room to rent in lovely flat- July 1st 2015

Currently living in a lovely 2 bed flat in Broomhill. The room will be available 1st July 2015 to the end of June 2016. I am a 25 year old healthcare student at Hallam. Flat is lovely, warm and modern, photos on request. The room is ensuite with a double bed, a desk, desk chair etc. Directly opposite the shops and bus stops. 5 minutes to the Hallamshire, and perfect for Uni of and Hallam students. Looking for preferably a female (but wouldn't say no to a male), who is outgoing and sociable, enjoys socialising, going out, watching tv/films, going to the cinema etc but who is happy to do their own thing too. Hoping to find a friend as well as a flatmate. Flat is £344. 50 a month but can pay every 3/4 months if easier. Bills are put into a joint account in which we both put £45 a month to ensure they are covered. Usually averages just under £400 a month. Would need to sign for the flat ASAP to ensure it for 2015-2016. Please get in contact if interested :). Would prefer a student to avoid paying council tax but would be happy to have a professional as long as they wouldn't mind paying the council tax xx
