Large 7 bedroom house of postgrads with two showers and three toilets. This room is on the second floor of the house. All inclusive but will need to be paid in two installments (21 Jan £1528. 44 and 15 April £1512. 18). This is a contract until 11 July 2015. Excellent heating and water pressure in the shower. Two minute walk to a bus stop and only a twenty to twenty-five minute walk to university. Housemates are all very nice.
It's only a one-minute walk to The Edge, which has 24 hour reception, a cafe, laundry services, the village store, and a bar. You will also have access to all residence life events including sports classes and other extracurricular activities!
