Double room in brand new 3-bed house near Meadowhall sharing with myself. House has a garage and drive, good sized garden, big kitchen/diner, living room with big comfy sofa and 50" tv, downstairs toilet and tenant would have full access to the bathroom as I have an en-suite. House is nearly fully furnished (only been in 6 months) but do need to get a few things still. I'm a laid back professional who enjoys the company of others but also enjoy being out and about or being on my own. I do smoke but not in the house ever. Looking for someone clean, easy to get on with and respectful of my house.
