The room is on the ground floor (although 1st floor as true ground floor is -1) It is in a private corridor with 5 other female, postgraduate tenants sharing a spacious kitchen and common area. The room includes a bathroom and shower, single-bed and ample storage and shelving. It has a nice view overlooking the center of the complex.

Contract is through JULY 11th and is binding. Payment options are flexible: monthly to larger installments. Monthly is quoted here.

You are welcome to come and view the room and meet the other flatmates. This is truly a wonderful room among respectful and polite company. Unforeseen circumstances have led me to need to leave.

I will be occupying the room until a suitable tenant can take over the contract.
