We are looking for a housemate ASAP to join three professional females, we are in our mid-twenties.
We have two cats that live with us, so an animal lover is a must.
We live in a 4 bedroomed terrace house off Sharrowvale road, 2 mins walk to Ecclesall Road, 20 mins walk into town or there are frequent buses.
There is a shared bathroom, kitchen and living room. One parking space in the backgarden which is avaliable.
The room comprises of a double bed, chest of draws, desk and wardrobe.
£190pcm rent/council tax £35pcm.
Gas and electric bills are split between 4 and are quartlerly.
Water bill are every 6 months and are split again.
Broadband £5pcm
Deposit £150 payable when moving in.
Our landlord is private and is flexible, min six month contract.
We all moved into the house at different times and did not know eachother beforehand. We are sociable and hard working bunch.
