Looking For a Friendly Housemate For Our Large Double Room

We have a large double attic room available in our mixed professional/student house share.
The room.
The bedroom is great value for money with great natural lighting, double bed, desk and chair, built in wardrobe and a handy little sink.
On the top floor there is a perfectly sized shower room which you will be sharing with one other person (who is really clean so no nasty surprises)
The house.
The house is conveniently situated between ASDA and the train station (less than 10 min walk to both) we have a pure gym on the corner so if you fancy a gym buddy there's almost always somebody there. Plus a maccies across the road which can be dangerous at 3am.
We have a large communal kitchen area where there is always someone free for a chat. Plus a massive TV with Virgin media.
The housemates.
We are all very friendly and sociable but have our own time apart as well.
3 student girls who all studying different courses and 1 professional male working in an architect firm.
We are looking for somebody who will sit and chat about rubbish and have a good laugh with us.
We like a good night out but the majority of the time we watch movies.
