Student double room to rent from January!

3 double bed newly furnished house, modernly styled. 1 room to rent!

I am currently wanting to move out as I have to move back home due to an unfortunate family problem that has come up.

The room is big and modern, furnished and has a walk in wardrobe, which as a girl I can say will be truly missed!

Nice area at the back outside which is patioed and the kitchen is gorgeous.

Rent is £345 a month, but they accept up front term payments, weekly or monthly!

A deposit of £200 is needed upfront also.

Some bills are included but you will have to swap with me on the bills account.

The current housemates are female aged 19 and 21 and are both at Hallam and are a couple of lovely, outgoing people.

Regarding location of the house:

•Its 5 minute walk from town and from ecclesall road so is perfect
•takeaways are literally 2 minutes from the house
• sainsburrys and Also are also 2 minutes away

And its just off London road which has loads of bus choices that go most places in Sheffield

There is also a gym just a few minutes away and a McDonalds and pub

Its also a walk from Corp!
