Seeking a student to rent out my former room
Single bed room available, with en-suite, in endcliffe student village accommodation. The room is in birchen flat a2. This is owned by the university of Sheffield. You would be living with 3 girls and 2 boys, all of whom are freshers and are very friendly. I'm not sure whether or not you have to be a student yourself in order to take this room from me, you'd have to contact the university of Sheffield's accommodation office for this information. The rent for the next semester, to be paid on 21/01/2015, is £1632. 78. The rent for the following semester, to be paid on 15/04/15, is £1615. 41. You will also have to pay the remainder of this current semester depending on when you moved in, thus I cannot give an exact price for what's left of this semester. I believe the university will also ask for a £150 deposit which will be refunded to you at the end of the academic year providing your room has been looked after. For any further details please feel free to contact me.
