Double room available in shared house Meersbrook
Double room available in a friendly shared house in Meersbrook available immediately. Current tenants are x2 30ish professional males and one cat. We are looking for a professional or possibly a mature student around the same age, either male or female.
Rent is £250 per month and bills £100 per month. We don't mind smoking outside but no indoor smoking. House is fairly quiet in the week with local pub visits at the weekend.
The house is a classic two-up two-down with a nice little yard/garden, attic conversion with a rear extension and 3 bedrooms; two doubles and a smaller single/double. There is a lounge, dining room and fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with fitted shower, gas central heating and double glazing. Parking is on street outside of the house.
The room on offer is the largest front facing double that is fully furnished and ready to go.
Ideally the new house mate will have a 9-5 so they can socialise and must get along well with a cat.
