We are 3 friendly, sociable professionals seeking 2 housemates to join our household.
The house has a separate lounge with leather sofas, flat screen TV and sky package. There is a large separate dining room and modern kitchen with fitted appliances (dishwasher, washing machine, tumble drier, large fridge with additional freezer).
There are 2 bathrooms, one with full bath, the other with a shower cubicle.
The house has been fully modernised-there is a burglar alarm and interlinked smoke detection system, the house is licensed with Sheffield City Council and meets all required safety legislation.
At the rear of the property there is a prvate decked area , which is great in summer.
The rent of £225 does not include bills. We have a private landlord and he doesn't take a deposit. We all work hard during the week so are looking for someone with a similar work routine.
