Massive Attic Double For Rent

My names lily and I'm Looking for someone to take my room from feb.

The room

It's a massive attic room, the biggest room in the house. It's quiet up there, and private, you have your own floor. It comes with a double bed, two desks, chest of drawers, shelves, a small beside drawers, and a roomy wardrobe. This furniture still doesn't touch upon the size of the room and you will find you have enough room to fit in your own furniture easily too.

The house

The house is a terraced one, with three bedrooms which is rare as most of the ones on the surrounding roads pack 4/5 bedrooms in. It has a living room, nice modern bathroom, gorgeous large kitchen and even a porch! It has a lockable outhouse you can put bikes, with a washing machine and tumble dryer in.

The house mates

I live with two boys, both who were on my course when we were students. I love them to bits, and can honestly say they're lovely to live with. They're really nice guys. Very easy going, we all work at various places in Sheffield, and we like to socialise or go out for a drink when we all have a free spot. We like to spend our time in the living room too and catching up, and we like to cook house meals when we can.

Looking for a male or female. Girls, don't be put off be possibly being out maled, you will find it a lovely atmosphere as I have!

Location

The location is REALLY good, one of my favourite things about the house. It's just off eccy road, right behind a 24 hour spar, about 500 metres from a bus stop with loads of lines going to town, and no steep hill to walk up to the house! Right next to endcliffe park. You have on ecclesall road a large tescos, various pubs (our favourite being the lescar right by) botanical gardens and a bunch of nice local shops.

Contract

There is NO DEPOSIT (amazing)

The house is contracted till end of June, with potential to renew is the situation suits.

The rent is 294. 64 a month, water is included in This price. Council tax (57pm) Internet (7pm), electricity and gas (quarterly) are extra.

We are looking for a young professional, to split the council tax with, no students please.

We are an open minded house, and the boys would be relaxed about who they live with- just a normal easy going person!
