House comes with furnishes which include sofa's, washing machine, kitchen utensils, newly fitted bathroom suite, outdoor back garden, solid wardrobe and chess of drawers and comfortable new double bed.

There is free parking outside of the house and around the surrounding area.

Both existing tenants are hard working, friendly and outgoing. We are suited to both genders as we have house shared during university in mixed gender accommodation.

Rent: £350, this will include internet, bills and council tax.

Security deposit will be: £232 (this is given back at the end of the tenancy).

Tenant will be added to housing contract of the landlord and deposit will be secured in accordance with Sheffield Council deposit agency.

Viewings will only be available during the week after 7pm or weekends due to work commitments.
