The room available is a warm and comfortable small double, newly decorated with an exceptionally comfy bed!

In terms of housemates, we insist on working professionals, and we turn away anybody who we do not feel would be a good fit with the other housemates. We’re committed to providing great accommodation, and also to making sure that the people living in our houses are really happy to be sharing together, as well as really happy with their home.

All bills – electricity, gas, water, council tax, tv license and high speed broadband are included in the monthly rental, as is a fortnightly cleaner for the communal areas, to keep everything fresh, clean and tidy – so just one payment, nothing else to worry about.

Walkley is a great place to live, with a variety of shops on the doorstep. Transport links into town are very good, there is a main bus route, and free, unrestricting parking on the street. It’s convenient for the hospitals and universities, and if you want to get away from the city for a while, you can be in the Peak District within 10 minutes drive.

There is a £250 deposit plus £150 application fee for referencing, credit checks and tenancy paperwork.
