There are four very generous size double bedrooms, including one en suite, with good quality, comfortable furnishings throughout.
The kitchen is modern and well equipped, and the gorgeous shared living room, has a dining table and chairs, as well as brand new comfy sofas and a large screen TV, for when you just want to relax and unwind.
There is a garden at the back of the house to sit out when the warmer weather returns, and we even provide a gardener, to look after it.
In terms of housemates, we insist on working professionals, and we turn away anybody who we do not feel would be a good fit with the other housemates. We’re committed to providing great accommodation, and also to making sure that the people living here are really happy to be sharing together, as well as really happy with the house.
All bills – electricity, gas, water, council tax, tv license and high speed broadband are included in the monthly rental, as is a fortnightly cleaner for the communal areas, to keep everything fresh, clean and tidy – just one payment, nothing else to worry about.
S11 is a great place to live, with a variety of local amenities on the doorstep, including several supermarkets within a few minutes walk. Transport links into town are great, there is a main bus route within a couple of minutes walk, and free, unrestricting parking on the street. It’s a very convenient location, and if you want to get away from the city for a while, you can be in the Peak District within 10 minutes drive.
There is a £250 deposit plus £150 application fee for referencing, credit checks and tenancy paperwork.
