If you are a young professional looking for a really lovely room, in a friendly, comfortable, well looked after house, with a convenient location, this is the one for you!

This is a warm, clean and cosy house conveniently situated not far from Hunters Bar, with plentiful local amenities just a few minutes walk away.

This super house is refurbished to a high standard, with that ‘brand new’ feel, from the paint on the walls, to the lush new carpets throughout, and the thoughtful finishing touches.

Please be aware, this house is currently being redecorated, so the pictures shown here are from some of our other properties in the area, to give an idea of the standard that we work to. Real pictures to follow as soon as the work is complete!

There are four very generous size double bedrooms, including one en suite, with good quality, comfortable furnishings throughout.

The kitchen is modern and well equipped, and the gorgeous shared living room, has a dining table and chairs, as well as brand new comfy sofas and a large screen TV, for when you just want to relax and unwind.

There is a garden at the back of the house to sit out when the warmer weather returns, and we even provide a gardener, to look after it.

In terms of housemates, we insist on working professionals, and we turn away anybody who we do not feel would be a good fit with the other housemates. We’re committed to providing great accommodation, and also to making sure that the people living here are really happy to be sharing together, as well as really happy with the house.

All bills – electricity, gas, water, council tax, tv license and high speed broadband are included in the monthly rental, as is a fortnightly cleaner for the communal areas, to keep everything fresh, clean and tidy – just one payment, nothing else to worry about.

S11 is a great place to live, with a variety of local amenities on the doorstep, including several supermarkets within a few minutes walk. Transport links into town are great, there is a main bus route within a couple of minutes walk, and free, unrestricting parking on the street. It’s a very convenient location, and if you want to get away from the city for a while, you can be in the Peak District within 10 minutes drive.

There is a £250 deposit plus £150 application fee for referencing, credit checks and tenancy paperwork.
