1 Double Bedroom to Rent - Ecclesall Road

We are 3 professional males. Living in the house is a teacher, music producer and IT specialist. We are looking for another professional to join us. We have been in the house since April 2014. We are hoping for someone to join us around the 01st March 2015 or onwards for at least a 6 month period. A reference check must be provided with our letting agency.

The location is perfect. The 4 bedroomed house is situated on Ecclesall Road where there is a large selection of shops, restaurants and bars and it's just a 10 minute walk from the town centre. The house is opposite Champs. We have a large drive which is shared with our neighbours but we have managed to park 6 cars (including our neighbours) on our drive, so if you have a car there will be plenty of space. If you don't drive there is a bus stop directly outside the house which takes you into the heart of Sheffield.

The house is in great condition and extremely large so there is plenty of space for 4 people. The kitchen is new with a massive fridge, washing machine, oven and 4 electric hobs and a dishwasher. Plenty of storage space too and separate utility room with a downstairs toilet. We have Virgin Broadband and TV which is the fastest broadband you can get. We also have a spare room that has been turned into a mini gym. The garden is spacious and we have had plenty of BBQ's and played loads of games during the summer. The room for rent has a double bed and mattress available and includes a deep walk in wardrobe or storage area. The room is at the back of the house so it’s as quiet as a mouse. The walls are really thick so you rarely hear any noise from adjoining rooms.

We have a joint account which everyone puts £450 a month into which covers rent and all bills. In most cases there is usually some money left over in the pot which will be shared equally too.

The person we are looking for must be friendly, fun and up for a laugh. One of the people living in the house is a music producer and works from home so music will be played between the hours of about 10am to 5pm, so if you work shifts then it's best to avoid this property. For 3 guys we are extremely tidy and would expect the person to move in to be the same. We are very accomodating and would happily welcome anyone to move in with us.

The reason for the room becoming available is because the housemate is moving in with his girlfriend.
