Our flatmate is graduating this year so we have a spare bedroom next academic year
It is a top floor 3 bedroom flat in Broomhill area of sheffield, excellent location for Broomhill shops and the university buildings.
We are a flat of 2 4th year medical students looking for someone to fill the room, we are easy going tidy and very sociable but spend a lot of time on placement so looking for someone who understands that we are out a lot and sometimes work antisocial hours
The room is a large fully furnished double bedroom, with a shared kitchen, bathroom with bath and shower and communal living room and was freshly painted and recarpeted throughout when we moved in
The room is £79. 50 a week
There is also a large shared garden which is maintained by our landlord
