The room available is a warm and comfortable small double. There is plenty of storage space with a triple wardrobe and large chest of drawers, and an exceptionally comfy bed! The kitchen is modern and well equipped, and the shared living room has a dining table and chairs, as well as comfy sofas and a large screen TV, for when you just want to relax and unwind.

There is a decked yard at the back of the house.

We’re committed to providing great accommodation, and also to making sure that the people living here are really happy to be sharing together, as well as really happy with the house. With this in mind, you will have an opportunity to check out your new housemates (and vice versa!) before signing any paperwork.

All bills – electricity, gas, water, council tax, tv license and high speed broadband are included in the monthly rental, as is a fortnightly cleaner for the communal areas, to keep everything fresh, clean and tidy – just one payment, nothing else to worry about.

Crookes is a great place to live, with a variety of shops, and pubs and restaurants on the doorstep. Transport links into town are very good, there is a main bus route, and free, unrestricted parking on the street. It’s convenient for the hospitals and universities, and if you want to get away from the city for a while, you can be in the Peak District within 10 minutes drive.

There is a £250 deposit plus £150 application fee for referencing, credit checks and tenancy paperwork.
