Flat is within walking distance from Collegiate Campus at Sheffield Hallam University and on the bus route to the City Centre where buses run frequently. There are many pubs, restaurants, shops and cafes on the road. Bills are not included, broadband is £10 per month and water is £6. 50, gas and electric are on a meter so you top these up as you need them which will be less with the worst part of winter being over. The TV license is paid upfront which cost me and the other occupant about £140 for the year so a contribution of this towards myself would be appreciated. The room is available as soon as and the contract would end on the 30th June 2015. There is a £200 deposit which will be returned on the end of your tenancy.
