Double room in cosy house

I have a small double room to rent in a 3-bed house. There is currently only one other occupier (me), but I hope to rent the third room out within the next couple of months. The room has a double bed, built in wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and chair. There is a good-sized living/dining room for communal use, a bathroom with bath and shower, and a shared kitchen. There is also cellar space for additional storage. All bills included - electricity, gas, water, internet, phone line and TV.

Professionals or mature/postgraduate students welcome. Sociable housemates only - no recluses please. I am a part-time postgrad and work part-time in renewable energy so am pretty busy, but I enjoy good company and am not averse to a trip to the pub every so often.

Heeley is a friendly area, close to London and Abbeydale Road and a walkable/cyclable distance to the city centre. There are a few good pubs nearby and plenty of shops within easy distance.
