There is access to the back garden via a gated ginnel. And there are nice neighbours!

Localities
There is a shopping area 5 minutes walk away (Bellhouse Road) which includes a Co-Op, fish and chip shop, a Chinese, pizza takeaway, post office and newsagents.
There is a large Morrisons and an Aldi in Ecclesfield (5 minutes drive).
Meadowhall is a 10 minute drive.
The M1 is a 10 minute drive (J34 or J35).
The Northern General is a 5/10 minute drive by car or a 30 minute walk and there are regular buses (47 and 48) with a ½ hour journey time.
