Denham Road, directly opposite Collegiate campus

I am giving up the best room in the property as i have secured a placement away from Sheffield. The house is fantastic and very cheap, sky is installed, great cellar, spacious rooms, new kitchen, on street parking, Denham road is a road just off Ecclesall Road. Roughly a 1/2 minute walk to Collegiate entrance doors. Many pubs and shops around as Ecclesall road is obviously THE place to be for students, so there is always something to do and somewhere to go. A One stop on the corner of the road also adds to the convenience. The other tenants are just normal lads, not that rowdy but do enjoy nights out and drinking, and watching sports where possible, hence Sky TV. They are hard working and also enjoy nights in, they are respectful and just overall great guys.
