I have a recently refurbished large, light and spcaious double room available in a 3 bed house. The room is fully furnished and includes a large desk and chair. The house is on South View Road in Sharrow - an easy walk to the city centre and universities (10-20 minutes).
You would be sharing with me (live in landlord) and another male housemate. We are friendly, tidy and very easy to get along with. Ideal for a professional or postgrad student.
The house has two bathrooms, a large kitchen, spacious living room and rear garden. We also have two friendly cats.
The £400 rent includes all bills, council tax, fibre broadband (80MB), Netflix and TV licence. The returnable security deposit is £300 and there are no other charges.
