Im currently working abroad and have a furnished Through Lounge Bedroom 8m x4m to let immediately in my well furnished Cottage at Woodseats, in Sheffield. The Lounge is 85 Pounds a week-it's most characterful room in the house and has a large quality built log burner on a cornish slate fire place. The walls have antique effect natural dark wooden picture rails and the room has a Georgian bay window. There's a high quality extremely relaxing period style sofa and chair and a double bed. The kitchen & bathroom are shared with two other professionals & one retired male.

The cottage has a large well equipped dinning-kitchen with a large fridge freezer, microwave and double fan oven and the house has fibre optic broadband and satellite TV service. It's on a quiet road in a very reputable area, and very near regular main bus routes only ten minutes from the City Centre by car and fifteen by bus. Graves Park is the largest in Sheffield and is less than a five minute walk away. The Cottage has a very private enclosed yard and garden and off street secure parking. The house is very clean, tidy and has loads of character as it used to be a dairy and must be viewed to be appreciated.
