Female lodger looking for family home
Double room free in a large friendly family house in Broomhill for another female to move in and share first floor with own bathroom with two other professional females. The rent is £360/month(all bills included -Internet but no telephone- TV licence paid but no TV provided- cleaning of common areas ).
The house is very large and the rooms generous so it never feels overcrowded and there is a sunny private garden. Although the house is in easy walking distance to the shops in both Crookes and Broomhill, numerous bus routes and the Hallamshire and Jessop hospitals the location is none the less very quiet and peaceful. The Town and the Railway station are always accessible even in the heaviest snow.
Adjacent on street parking is not unsafe or difficult in our immediate area.
The family ,who spend time in Stockholm , make use of a separate floor and bathroom in the house when they are in Sheffield. Please get in touch if you have any questions.
