Ideal for mature students - third years, post-grads or medical - nurses, paramedics, physiotherapy, etc. at either university. The two existing tenants are doing a medical post grad course - "physician associate studies" at Hallam Uni.

Washing machine, drier, freezer, micro-wave, as well as the usual fridge, central heating, cooker, etc.

Separate lounge and kitchen

Utility bills and internet are not included in the rent. The existing tenants already have an internet account which you would need to contribute to.

No hidden fees or agent costs (we are the landlords).
