Hi,
I have a lovely double room in a house overlooking Loxley Valley. There is a shared bathroom, lounge with SKY TV, dining room and kitchen. There is a bus stop just over the road so access into the city centre by tram or by bus is easy or offers off the road parking for one car.

I have a collie/german shepherd dog who gets on with most dogs and people so am able to consider taking on pets that get on with my dog.
I am looking for a professional person(s)or a mature student(s) or retired person who are flexible and easy going.

Rates are based on a single person, 2 people will be £380 bills included.
