Living room wih large tv and 2 large leather sofas. Kitchen with washer, dryer, fridge/freezer and microwave. Downstairs toilet. Conservatory. Rear enclosed garden with shed. Shared driveway with parking on or off the road. Intruder, smoke and carbon monoxide alarms fitted. Broadband available at no extra cost. The house is kept clean and tidy at all times.

Me - I own and live in the property. I work full time and am out a lot of the time. Easy to get along with and clean and tidy. I am wanting the tenant to feel at home and relaxed.

The Ideal Tenant – You should be working full time. Age or gender is not an issue. Must be clean and tidy and respectful to others.
