We have 1 double room available in a large 4 bed house in the delightful village of Wadworth just to the south of Doncaster on the A60.
Fully fitted large kitchen, large dining room, centrally heated and double glazed through out and cavity wall and loft insulated. One room is available to rent. Plenty of parking space.

Double room, single bed, carpet, wardrobe, side table, clean well presented, newly decorated. No linen.

Dining room, hall, Large walk in hall cupboard, fully fitted kitchen. small garden. Separate shower room with power shower & low flush WC.

Us:-
There are currently myself (male) and one lady lodger.
Wanting someone who is respectful and understands that we like a quiet home.

NO party animals and NO overnight visitors thank you.

The home is situated in the quiet village of Wadworth which is approx 4 miles from Doncaster town centre. Close proximity to the A1 & M18. A large Tesco is 2 miles away, Morrisons 2 1/2 miles away. There is a small supermarket, for the things you forgot at Tesco/Morrisons. A pub and a Chinese take away.
