Full use of kitchen with electric cooker and microwave, sorry no washing machine or TV. Bathroom with bath and shower over bath. Lounge and dinning room. There is a small, secure yard/garden at the back of the house, with lockable shed.
Parking is on the road.
I would prefer a non-smoker, but don't mind if confined to the outside.
My home is quiet, warm, clean and tidy.
