We have a large double bedroom to rent in our home. The house is semi-detached containing 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom (shower over bath), large open plan communal living area and fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and tumble drier available for use.

The Bedroom comes furnished with double bed, bedside drawers and lamps, triple wardrobe unit and desk space. Would be ideal for a professional who occasionally works from home. All bills are included in rent. On-street parking is available on a first come first served basis.

There are excellent links to both the M1 (5 mins to J36) and A1 (15 mins to J38) as the house is just off the Dearne Valley parkway so it's an ideal location for commuting to anywhere in south/West Yorkshire or further afield. The house is also only a 5 minute walk away from Wombwell train station which provides direct trains to Barnsley, Sheffield, Leeds and Huddersfield. Trains run every 30 mins to most locations. There is good access to local community/town facilities and Cortonwood retail park is only 1 mile away.

As for us, We are a friendly professional couple working regular but varied hours with 2 cats, we enjoy spending time with friends, entertaining at home, watching TV series and movies to relax and occasional playing music (one of us is a musician).
