Gas central heating & combi boiler. Parking on the drive available and garage space for a bike if needed! Very beautifully done. New build on existing 1970s house. Own entrance & completely self contained. A bit loft style, with velux roof windows and huge 'roof to ground floor' window at the rear. Has good sized kitchen/dining area downstairs, with gas cooker/fridge etc, and then oak staircase to a lounge, which is very small, but has large leather sofa and big shabby chic sideboard, with TV aerial point. Leads to bedroom. Double bed (memory foam)and fitted wardrobes. Shower room off, with decent size walk in shower and high level windows. Not suitable for anyone wanting to bring their own furniture, but you will need to provide own bedding. Is a patio area outside plus you can use the large garden if you so desire. Perfect accommodation for workers who go home at the weekend, but want a base to work from. Short drive to M6 junc 16 and the A500. Alsager is a bustling middle class market town with excellent restaurants, pubs and shopping facilities. PLEASE NOTE, THIS IS ONLY SUITABLE FOR ONE PERSON. Obviously you can accommodate your partner on an odd night now and then, but it is far too small for two people to live in!
