I have a Room available in the flat i currently live in. The room is a large double room part furnished with a lovely view!
The flat has a spacious living room which has HD tv and leather sofa's. There is a fully equipped kitchen with has room for your own food in cupboards and fridge. The bathroom has both shower and bath. There is also a washing machine and freezer that you can use. There is also iron and ironing board in the flat.

I have lived here for nearly a year now and have updated and decorated throughout.
I work full time so out most the day and enjoy going out at weekends. I do smoke from time to time but not inside.
Im looking for an easy going person that is currently working.

The flat is just round corner from tesco express, the post office, and we even have a chip shop.
If You dont drive there is a bus route just a couple of mins walk from the flat, or if you are a walker you can walk to town in 30mins.

All bills are included within the rent
