I currently live alone in a two bed terrace property. Due to personal circumstances I now need a housemate to share my home with. All I ask is 350 a month for all of the bills. I have two cats, I do smoke but not in the house, I would ask that if a potential room mate smokes that they would respect this and smoke outside too. If you're interested then let me know :)
