Gardening Services: The gardens are maintained to for the benefit of all residents to use.
Window Cleaning Service: Exterior windows are cleaned on a regular basis. Room interior windows can be cleaned by arrangement at an extra cost.
Additional Room Furniture / Appliances:
Extra furniture and appliances such as a room fridge / freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster etc can be provided at an extra weekly cost.
Travel / Commuting
The Property it is conveniently located to shops, pubs and on a main bus route and only 5 minutes from the Queens hospital, the town centre is approximately 20-30 minutes walk and less than 10 minutes by car.
There are many shops, pubs and takeaway’s close by or for the more adventurous then a visit to the town centre will provide you with almost everything you may need such as shops, restaurants, cinema and a leisure centre.
