The house and gardens are maintained at all times to a high standard by providing the following services FREE OF CHARGE

Cleaning Services: Communal areas only, room service available by arrangement at an extra cost.

Gardening Services: The gardens are maintained to for the benefit of all residents to use.

Window Cleaning Service: Exterior windows are cleaned on a regular basis. Room interior windows can be cleaned by arrangement at an extra cost.

Additional Room Furniture / Appliances:
Extra furniture and appliances such as a room fridge / freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster etc can be provided at an extra weekly cost.

Travel / Commuting

The Property it is conveniently located to shops, pubs and on a main bus route and only 5 minutes from the Queens hospital, the town centre is approximately 20-30 minutes walk and less than 10 minutes by car.
