The room:
Fully furnished spacious double bedroom. Comes with wardrobe, vanity unit, bookcase, bedside table and a cupboard with storage/hanging space.

Bills:
All included in the price of rent.

The house:
Detached house with private garden. Plenty of space for growing things if you wish. The house has a shared livingroom which has a very large and comfortable corner sofa. The bathroom is also shared. It has a bath and an over-bath shower. The kitchen is fully equipped, has an electric oven and gas hobs, and plenty of space if you like baking.
There is a diningroom/library which also has a sofa bed for guests.
There is an extra room which is used for the rabbits to stay in overnight.
There is a garage, but this is used for storage, so parking is available only on the street.
If more storage is required then we have space in the attic too.

The flatmate(s):

We are looking for someone to rent a room within the house because I have moved to York for work. My partner will thus be the only other person living there.

He is a 32 year old guy, fairly quiet, tidy, and relaxed. He is vegetarian, and enjoys cooking. He is quite geeky.

Pets:
The house comes with two rabbits and two cats. The rabbits are in a run in the garden, and come inside at night. The cats are very friendly and enjoy fussing.

We are happy to rent the room to couples but will ask a slightly larger price in order to cover the slightly larger bills.
