Double and Single rooms available in a clean, quiet, professional house, sharing the use of the kitchen, bathroom and dining room.

This is a Victorian house and so the large bathroom (which has a separate shower and bath) is downstairs.

The house has 2 cats so you must be an animal lover not just someone who tolerates animals. This is a deal breaker.

The ideal person will be employed, a complete non smoker or vaper, clean and tidy and will be honest and respectful.

The house is less than a 5 minute walk from the town centre and a 10 minute walk from the train station. 2 miles from the M6 or M6 Toll and all in all is a great location.
