Hi, Im a live in land lord. wish to rent my spare room to someone clean and tidy. room has a double bed, TV/DVD, central heated. Walking distance to Tesco's and other shops, M6 toll 10 minutes drive away and about the same to rail links, bus route 6 minute walk away. Shared bathroom, kitchen, living room.
I am looking for a person who does not smoke this is a must, employed and does not mind cleaning their room or helping around house on cleaning days. Off road parking, Stricty no under 30's. Regular hours please 7 till 6, 7 till 7 for example.
