Rent includes rates, wi-fi and utility bills. Linen can be provided, but you are responsible for laundering. Use of telephone not included, and you supply your own food and toiletries.
The property is close to all major roads, A460, A5, M6 and toll road. Fifteen minutes walk to railway station and five minute walk to regular bus service. Fitness centre close by and short distance to the hills for the walking or biking enthusiast.
