The bedroom is pretty big (bigger than it looks in the pictures, so feel free to come and have a look around!), and comes with the bed as seen, or you can bring your own stuff.
Rest of house is completely furnished, and there is of course internet.
Downstairs - Kitchen, separate utlilty room, downstairs bathroom and lounge.
Upstairs - Bedroom 1 (seen in pictures), storage cupboard, upstairs bathroom, and other bedroom.
There is also a small garden leading out to the kitchen, parking across the road, opposite bus stop, approx. 10 mins journey into Newcastle town centre.
You would be sharing with only one other person, a mature student (24).
