Hi, I have a well sized double room to let in a 2 bedroomed terraced house. Available ASAP. This is a large well furnished terraced house with own private garden.

Street parking is available and there is always space, the room has a single bed at the moment but could be changed to a double if needed, the rest of the house is large for a terraced there is a living area and a dining room with a wide kitchen and bathroom with a large bath and shower.

The house has recently been refurbished and is beautifully decorated it has sky TV and wireless internet, the kitchen has all essential appliances such as washing machine, dishwasher, hob and fridge freezer.

The house is close to longton city centre and also hanley city centre with good bus routes. It is also within walking distance of the train station and the hospital.

You would be sharing with a female, 26 who works for the city council
