Double room on the 2nd floor of an end of terrace town house in Handsacre.
Room is furnished with double bed, bedside tables/drawers, and built in wardrobes, and large built in storage cupboard.
On the same floor is a bathroom with bath, toilet, sink and over bath shower, which you would have exclusive use of.
Also on this floor is the third bedroom which will remain unoccupied, unless i have famnily staying for the very occaisional night. At that point they will need to use the bathroom too, however there are 3 toilets in the house and 2 bathrooms.
On the ground floor is a office/tv room/snug, large kitchen with breakfast bar, and utility room. All of which you can utilise.
On the first floor is the living room, which you can use. It also has my bed room and en suite.
There is another toilet on the ground floor and gardens to the front and rear.
I have one allocated parking space and a garage. There is plenty of quiet roadside parking too.
I am a professional person, working core hours.
I'm not given to loud late nights, but the house is big enough to accommodate without cramping each other.
I like my own space, but can be chatty too.
You should be tidy, clean up your mess in the kitchen, and clean your bedroom and bathroom weekly.
I have Broadband with wireless access, and BT tv with a recordable box. Standard Freeview tv on second tv.
Standard phone line, with free calls at weekend times to landline numbers.
I'm set in a quiet cul-de-sac, but within a few minutes walk of a couple of decent pubs, a chinese, a chippy and a shop.
Surrounded by beuatiful countryside.
