It is only 5 minutes walk to the picturesque Hanley Forest Park.

The room is secured with a lock on the door for which you have your own key.

The room have good quality double bed , wardrobe, drawers, and table and chair and TV aerial point.

The rest of the house is shared, consisting of a living room , fully equipped kitchen and dining area, two shower rooms with toilets. There is superfast virgin 350mbps fibre optic broadband which is included in the rent.

There is a large back garden, all decked which attracts the sun in the afternoons and is lovely for sitting out in.
