Stafford/Uttoxeter 2 cosy doubles in village

3 bedroom house. (Sharing with 32 year old female house owner and her 2 cats).
I enjoy horses, animals, countryside, photography, cooking, crafts, sewing etc. I am a primary school teacher.
Room 1 -
The mustard room - Very comfy double bed, wardrobe, desk, chair, drawer unit, full size book case/shelf unit and full length mirror.
Room 2 -
The turquoise room - Small double bed with comfy memory foam mattress, bedside table, tall drawer unit, desk, chair, under desk drawers, and wardrobe.
Both rooms come with duvet, pillows and 2 sets of bed sheets.
Large living/dining room with plenty of sitting space and big smart TV with Netflix, amazon prime and DVD player. 2 big comfy sofas and round dining table with chairs. Shared bathroom with shower over bath (basket on the shelf and in shower provided for toiletries), a downstairs toilet and kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, use of all crockery, cooking utensils, pans, cutlery etc., space in fridge/freezer), lovely sun trap garden with lawn and patio, tables and chairs, sun loungers and BBQ.
Plenty of parking on the road right outside the house, it’s a very quiet and safe cul-de-sac road.
Wifi and all bills included.
Sought after village location with good road links to: Stafford, Stone, Stoke, Leek, Penkridge, Rugeley, Lichfield, Uttoxeter, Burton, Ashbourne, Derby. Public transport is infrequent, so a car is needed.
Cleaning of kitchen and bathrooms is shared equally between all housemates.
Seeking a clean and tidy person of a similar age, with similar interests and outlook.
Housemates are friendly, welcoming and easy to live with. Happy to socialise when wanted, but also happy to just chill and respect each other’s space. We enjoy a good dinner and movie night every so often!
I've rented to students from Harper Adams uni and also Nottingham Agri uni, they've both been on placements nearby at dairy farms through the McDonald’s graduate programme and fisher German rural land management graduate programme. This kind of person is ideal, but also happy to rent to professionals! I’ve rented to vets, farmers, teachers, Alton Towers staff, National Trust staff, museum staff, conservation team, land managers, NHS, JCB… all sorts of people!
I also rent to foreign students when one of the rooms is available (so far I’ve hosted: French, chinese, German) who are here at university or school and I can provide full board, half board or bed and breakfast.
