A converted barn in the beautiful village of Ingestre. A real rural retreat and a great place to unwind and relax after a hard days work. Just a few miles away from Stafford, Uttoxeter, Lichfield and Rugeley and 1 mile away from the village of Great Haywood with it's local shops and pubs. The property benefits from stunning views across the countryside. The accommodation comprises of a well equipped dining kitchen with TV, range style cooker, breakfast bar and fridge freezer. Small utility room with washing machine. Dining room, lounge with TV, DVD player, Wi console and BT vision. Downstairs toilet. Upstairs consist of 3 double bedrooms one with en-suite and a large bathroom. Well stocked gardens outside, plenty of parking, seating areas and shed for storage. I am looking for a fellow professional to share my home and who will love and appreciate living here as much as I do. It really is the perfect place to unwind after a busy day with lots of lovely local walks. I also have a 3 year old patterdale terrier, she loves people and is very friendly. I am very much looking for someone who will make my home their home. My last tenant moved out at they purchased their own home, I have been renting out my home for 2 years and have had a range of short term tenants.7 days a week would be considered.
