2 fully furnished double rooms in a large 3 bed-roomed house on my farm complex. The rooms have a TV/DVD combo (Freeview not Sky), double bed and lots of storage.

Facilities in the house include a huge well equipped kitchen with cooker, convection microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, juicer, blender etc; utility room, big lounge with stunning built in cinema for occasional use (only by owner invitation); large bathroom including shower(possibly shared with 1 other lodger).

There is a 2nd large house on the complex plus a flat, large garage, stabling, workshop and my office - as well as beautifully maintained gardens including 20 acres of land.

I have longstanding tenants who rent other properties here so it's important to be friendly and civil with them.

The CCTV equipped complex provides a great home in the countryside but with easy access (3 miles to Lichfield and 1 mile to Brownhills) via an A road to major towns - and bus/rail links too.

There's lots of parking, great garden, large feature patio, outside BBQ area, and free Internet access.

All bills are included excluding Council Tax which is a personal liability (£30.57 p. m.). However, if you already paying it elsewhere then you don't need to pay it as well while at my property.

In the interests of security for my tenants and businesses references WILL be sought.

I am abroad a lot and have my own house nearby so this one is occupied by a longstanding tenant couple of mine who live in it and look after the property in my absence.

MY PREFERENCE IS FOR SUNDAY NIGHT TO FRIDAY AFTERNOON OCCUPATION AS THE COUPLE WHO LIVE IN MY PROPERTY LIKE THEIR WEEKEND PRIVACY.
